Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest image drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
